Doherty Finegan Kelly (DFK) provided the full civil and structural Engineering services for the construction of 2 apartment blocks for 63 units, namely Block 22 & Block 23 located in Clongriffin, Dublin 13. Precast concrete elements were used throughout for the 4 storeys over basement, including the transfer beams at podium level to ensure a speedy construction. DFK were also commissioned to design and fully detail the precast elements on behalf of the precast suppliers, Stresslite whilst also overseeing the timber frame penthouses, and associated siteworks.
