Emmet Finegan DFK Director
Emmet brings extensive experience in engineering and project management across commercial, residential and industrial projects. With a strong background in structural engineering and construction, he provides practical, cost-effective solutions and experienced leadership throughout project delivery.
Cathal Kelly DFK Director
Cathal brings over 25 years’ experience in the Irish construction and property industry, with extensive expertise in structural engineering, project management and construction delivery. He combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, cost-effective approach, providing leadership and delivering effective solutions for clients across a wide range of projects.
Robert Bagnall DFK Director
Robert brings extensive experience as a Building Surveyor, working across commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects. His expertise includes building surveys, condition reports, fire safety, accessibility, project management and contract administration, providing clients with practical advice and effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Francis Doherty Consultant Director
Francis brings extensive experience in structural and civil engineering, project management and building consultancy. As a founding director of DFK, he has worked throughout his career across a wide range of building projects, collaborating closely with architects, contractors and design teams. He is known for practical, cost-effective solutions and a strong focus on delivering successful outcomes for clients.
Liam Murphy Regional Director
Liam brings extensive experience in structural engineering, project management and building consultancy. As Regional Director, he has worked across a wide range of commercial, residential and industrial projects, with a strong background in engineering design and project delivery. Liam combines technical expertise with practical project management experience to deliver effective, cost-conscious solutions for clients.
Sean Gibbons Associate
Seán brings experience in civil engineering and construction across residential, industrial and commercial projects. Since joining DFK, he has worked on a wide range of projects, building on previous experience with Irish Rail, SISK and in civil construction and drafting. He combines practical site experience with strong technical knowledge to support the successful delivery of projects.
Alessio Di Leonardo Associate
Alessio brings strong experience in structural engineering, specialising in the analysis, design and detailing of retail, industrial and residential projects. Since joining DFK, he has worked closely with clients, architects and contractors to develop effective, cost-efficient solutions, applying his expertise in structural design and value engineering.
Keith Brennan Associate
Keith joined DFK in 2006 as Senior Drafting Technician. Keith has over 29 years’ experience as a Drafting Technician having previously worked as Senior Drafting Technician and Office Manager with Fahy Fitzpatrick, Consulting Engineers from 1994.
