Northwest Logistics Park is one of Dublin’s premier and most established logistics locations located in close proximity to the N2/N3 & M50 providing quick access to all of the main arterial national routes from Dublin. DFK's signature touch in Northwest Industrial Park reflects our commitment to providing a comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach crafting spaces that not only elevate the landscape but also cater to the diverse needs of the industry sector. Since 2018, Doherty Finegan Kelly has provided the civil and structural Engineering services to our client Park Developments at all stages of the planning, design and construction process right through to the handover/certification completion phase for a number of buildings in excess of 800,000 sq.ft overall and all associated site infrastructure works. Unit 900 highlighted above was in excess of 200,000 sq.ft including ancillary offices on ground & 1st floor with all plant located on the 2nd floor level, all with significant associated site works. The main contractor on this unit was TSL Ltd who completed the project in under 40 weeks.
