Unit 638 comprised of a Warehouse Distribution Centre - Amazon Last Mile Delivery Centre measuring just over 84,000 sq.ft. internal gross floor space including ancillary office floor space with significant site works including van fleet storage parking for 400 vans, all serviced for EV charging using precast trenches for future services provision. The main contractor on this unit was TSL Ltd who completed the project in 26 weeks.
