Mrs. Gloom has written and lectured on legal topics relating primarily to U.S. regulations governing international trade and investment, the antitrust laws and the conduct of international litigation. She is a member of the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section, the American Society of International Law and the Washington Institute of Foreign Affairs.
