It is the policy of Doherty Finegan Kelly to provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees and visitors in accordance with the requirements of  "The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005".

 It is the company practice to provide regular health and safety training and internal courses to obtain minimum level Safe Pass card.

 The company also has responsibilities as Civil and Structural Engineers to carry out risk assessments of our designs to identify significant risks/hazards if any.  It is our policy to fully incorporate a safe method of construction into our design and to follow systems in place to manage identified risks.

A copy of our safety statement is distributed to all employees.
